001 - If money was no object

Back again with another post . I've decided to create a series of posts which will be published once a week . This series will contain up to six items I would immediately own if money was no object. The rules for this series are simple, you cannot cannot repeat an item into another list. Seems simple, but once you've got your eyes set on purchasing one item, this series proves difficult!
Without further ado...
Here is my very first list!

Due to finishing a-levels I finally get to relax and the outfits i wear should be no exception. This simple style would be perfect for festivals if you are attending any this year in the UK as I believe the first starts next week! So if money was no object i would run to topshop and buy this outfit I put together.

1) This rolled sleeve tee's topshop have in at the moment are uber comfortable , i already have one in a jade green colour, hence i would love to expand the collection of colours. Grey isnt a colour i would associate with the bright sun of summer however when i pair this with acid wash shorts and bright glasses, this outfit stands out.

2)This tribal ring is a typical choice for me.For one it is silver, I personally love wearing silver jewellery on the hands when you have a tan. Two it has such intricate detailing which will add an edge to any outfit.Little tip to stop this from giving you a green finger which most jewellery does after awhile, if you paint the inside of the ring with a layer of clear nail varnish, you'll avoid this!

3)I love the colour of the lens of these glasses. WIll make your world look very blue, reminds me of the song by Eiffel 65- Im Blue. This was my favourite song from my childhood which admittedly i still have on my itunes playlist!

4)Again i love the simplicity of this pendant necklace , with the silver and blue colouring. This against the grey will stand out and add another focal point to the outfit away from the glasses.

5) Acid wash jeans seem to be a re-occuring trend for summer outfits, this particular pair aren't too over done and will act as a staple piece in my summer wardrobe...once i buy them!

6)This year the style of sandals have been re-vamped, as most high-street pair have a slight platform to them which acts as a modest heel which is perfect for the transition from beach to bar, which i will be undertaking on holiday this year!

As you can tell all of these pieces are from Topshop. At this time of year i go through a phase of buying my whole wardrobe from a single store. This year will be no exception!

What would be your six items you would purchase right now if money was no object?! Love to hear from you , leave a comment below if you have enjoyed this post.
If you want to do this series yourself i tag all of you. Let me know if you do this in a comment below and I will give it a look. Until next time

threadsence - my little wishes

we meet again.
so i've finally mastered the art of relaxing after all of my exams are now finished. i'm now flicking through some vintage and indie inspired clothes websites as i always get inspiration from them. and i came across 'threadsence'

just to let you know i have not been asked to write this or endorse anything i am not affiliated with this ban at all!

this website is so indie looking but also fresh looking which i love - but what i love even more is their clothes - naturally. for me my style is typically 'indie' i love the flowy casual but fancy look and i think i do honestly pull it off pretty well. i have the hair for it- just about ( still not fully content ) . What i've wored out over the years is the prints and colour i love to wear. this was proved yesterday when i expanded my wardrobe - added another rail and generally renovated the place. and there was a real trend on what i like - tan mustard yellow and black and some dark grey + navy. for print wise i go for snake skin effect and leopard - but i promise the ones i pick doesn't look slag-ish - so don't panic!

anyway bak to threadsence. i was so exited when i was looking through their clothes as i found some beauts- here they are :) I will include direct links to the items so you can get further information if you like the ones i like .

what the website says

'Sheer, taupe colored, foxtail printed crop top with a relaxed fit. Open ribbon back detailing. '

i love the colour and the style of this - i've never seen anything like it with this gorgeous back bow detail either!

what the website says

'Aztec printed tank top in tan and black. Sides slightly flare out towards the fringed hem. Relaxed fit.'

loving this so much - love the colours on the aztec print - can't beat a good mustard yellow/tan and black duo. The fringing is what makes t this season - don't be put off by it it will honestly set the rest of the look off for you!

what the website says

' Semi-sheer rust coloured button up top with a racerback-like cutout from behind. Longer length in the back as well to give it a unique and relaxed look. '

what's not to love about this top :
Great colour - check
great cut - check
a staple piece for any season - CHECK

Love this so much as it's so versatile and would compliment pretty much any trouser or shorts you wear!

what the website says

'Brass charm necklace with an engraved detailed key, fabric bow, orange gem, and more small charms. Includes orange gem dangling earrings.'

How charming is this necklace ? Its got everything i look for in a necklace - intricate detail , hint of colour , and last but not least the unique factor. no wonder this beauty was out of stock when i found it! But what i found out on threadsence is that they have n e-mail option which will tell you when the item you like is back in stock so you don't have to miss out on any beautiful pieces they sell - very clever indeed.

what the website says

'Nude colored sheer tights with "hansel from basel bon voyage!" in black stitching along repeated along the back side with a small sailboat.'

Usually i really don't like things like this but i don't know why but i love these maybe its because they're so simple and unique and honestly not too much. But whats even greater about these is that the writing is along the center which will make your legs appear thinner - marvellous.

So i could keep reeling off more items to my harts content but i don't want to bore you. but these are the key items on their website i love and they do truly live up to their statement - ' a unique and relaxed look'

What do you like from their website - and what do you think of my choices - let me know in a comment below :)

Until Next Time - follow my'deary if you got this far :)

field fantasy

another look i have crated on polyvore inspired by the surprisingly good weather in the UK at them moment. we currently have a heat wave *hurray* and i'm currently lapping up all the sun i can possibly get as you are probably aware britain is known for its prudent grey drizzle and hungover clouds - but today there is none in sight - marvellous!

please if you like this blog please follow - it would mean alot
onto the look...
so this look has a hint of floral to it via the shorts which to me just adds that print to make it light and airy perfect for spring and summer. this look is free flowing with the loose blouse and unrestricted footware topped off with a classy Pauls boutique bag which i have got an amazing dupe for actually from primark has the charms and everything and worth the cost of only £9.00 . But i couldnt find it on polyvore so i had to place the Pauls Boutique version on there.

Another trend i personally love is placing a lace or a silk scarf onto your handbag just looks stunning plus you have easy access to it if you want to put it on - simple but yet so effective.

Item List:

Top- Topshop £34.00
Shorts - Topshop £32.00
Sandals - Topshop £25.00
Scarf - Warehouse £22.00
Earrings - Topshop £6.50
Bag -Pauls Boutique £61.00
Necklace - Topshop £6.25

So would you wear this look - let me know

Worn Out Festival

hello motto.
as promised i'm back doing another festival look for you guys created on my polyvore
which is HERE just incase you wanted to have a ponder on my clothing style.
Anyway more on the point this festival look is more of the typical look and incorporates the graphic print into a aztec print bodycon dress layered with dark orange blazer which is furthermore accented via bangle and shoes. As it is a festival look its also got to have layered necklaces to downgrade the look and add that 'laid back' edge look. As they say in theatre lets get on with the show . .

You can really feel the urban edge in this look with the tassel layered bag and the colour scheme of rust red and burnt orange - especially stunning on brunettes and blonde hair' girls :)
What i love even-more is how you can up the anti with the shoes the classic boots for chilled but for classy tassel shoes - aren't they just stunning and in the perfect in-trend colour - no need to thank me.

.       .      .

Here is the item list for all you junkies who want to add this stunning art to your shopping cart . . .

Dress - River Island £20.00
Blazer - River Island £35.00
Boots - River Island £65.00
Bangle- River Island £8.00
Tassel Shoe - River Island £60.00
Gem Necklace - Topshop £6.25
Feather Necklace - Topshop £90.00

as you can see this particular look is on the pricey side but for many of these items you can definitely find alternatives in other local stores - its all about persevering sometimes

HIT the FOLLOW button - though-wise i'll get my lion on you.
